Learning Approach
Our teaching approach combines virtual learning, work-based activities, and face-to-face instruction through real-life case studies.
Throughout the programme, this blended methodology provides a balanced integration of theory and practical application. It ensures a high-quality learning experience that delivers meaningful impact where it matters most within the workplace.
The blended learning methodology combines:
- Virtual learning: during this phase, participants engage in guided self-learning through the learning management system, Moodle, that includes reading materials, assignments and quizzes and case-based exercises.
- Face-to-face training: this is an interactive classroom-based training that includes facilitated discussions, group activities, real-life case studies and much more.
